Ghana had launched the “Beyond the Return” initiative, a follow-up to the “Year of Return,” and invited Jamaicans to participate. H.E. Grant Fuller said that Ghana was ready to improve the good relations between Jamaica and Ghana, particularly in areas of mutual interest like trade and investments, bilateral air service, maritime, culture, and other potential areas of cooperation in the future.
the cordial ties that exist between the two nations and welcomed Jamaica’s interest in the aforementioned potential areas of cooperation. She also said that Jamaican businesses and investors should look into opportunities under the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) to help each other out economically.
Your Honor Minister added that Ghana had launched the “Beyond the Return” initiative, which is a follow-up to the “Year of Return,” and invited Jamaicans to participate in the planned events and connect with Ghanaian neighbors.
H.E. Marjorie Award Fuller was joined by Mr. Isaac Emil Osei-Bonsu, the Privileged Diplomat of Jamaica to Ghana, and different authorities from the Department of Jamaica in Ghana.
