“In my current role as a customer service agent, DAF training has really helped me improve my problem-solving skills and thinking ability. The training with DAF really helped in dealing with customers; it has also improved my patience and empathy when dealing with customers.

It has been one of the great opportunities on my journey as a person in the IT field. In the beginning, I had problems dealing with people, talking with people, but training with DAF significantly helped me with that,” said Edwin Adjanora, a product of DAF.

“Through DAF program, I’ve been able to improve my communication and problem-solving skills as a customer representative, and I’ve also built upon my confidence with customers, so I recommend DAF program to each and every one of you,” said Benedicta Nyanza – Product of DAF.

DAF has changed lives through a series of training, capacity building, and career development and has acquired two branches, one at Osu-Impact Hub, and the other at Accra Digital Center.

The celebration saw the participation of key industry players and personalities who interacted with the trainees, enlightening them to aspire to higher heights in their careers.

According to H.E. Dr. Erieka Bennett, Director for DAF, the center has trained hundreds of young people in life skills and helped find jobs in the call center sector. “We have trained hundreds of young people in life skills and helped find jobs in the call center sector,” she stated.
