Racist KKK Flyers In Cincinnati Communities Spark Police Investigation

Police in Cincinnati, Ohio, are investigating KKK flyers left across several neighborhoods, sparking anger and fear among residents. The racist materials included hate messages and a QR code linking to a Ku Klux Klan website.

Residents in South Cumminsville and Madisonville said they woke up to find the flyers scattered on streets and doorsteps. Many described the incident as disturbing and unwelcome in their community.

One woman, who asked not to be identified for safety reasons, said her neighbor discovered the flyers early in the morning. “The neighbor found them on the street. He knocked, knocked on the door to let us know to beware,” she told WLWT. “How dare you, we’re insulted, so the feeling, anger, we’re insulted.”

City officials quickly condemned the flyers. Mayor Aftab Pureval addressed the issue on X, calling it an act of hate brought in from outside the city. “Outsiders bringing hate to our city is inexcusable. We will not become a city where hate succeeds,” he said.

Cincinnati police are now working to identify who distributed the flyers and how many areas were targeted. Investigators urged anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers.

The incident has left residents on edge but also united in rejecting hate in their neighborhoods. Authorities said they will continue monitoring for similar activity as the investigation continues.
