Karen King, a mother of four and an African American, made a life-changing move to Ghana, where she accomplished an extraordinary feat: constructing a four-bedroom mansion for just $70,000.
Her journey began when she secured free land in Asebu, located in the Central Region of Ghana, through the Sankofa Repatriation Program in 2019.
King enthusiastically shared, “The land itself is gifted to you,” emphasizing that her only financial obligation was a mere $700 administrative fee.”
